cream cheese recipe.

 

 

 

Ingredients:


  • Fettuccine, uncooked (300 grams)

  • 25% Less sodium chicken broth (1 ¼ cup)

  • Flour (4 tsp)

  • PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread (1/3 cup)

  • Light Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided (3 tsp)

  • Ground nutmeg (1/4 tsp)

  • Pepper (1/8 tsp)

  • Fresh parsley chopped (2 tsp)

Procedure:


  • ·       Cook pasta as directed on package.

  • ·       Meanwhile, combine broth and flour in medium saucepan.

  • ·       Add 2 tsp of Parmesan cheese, the nutmeg & pepper in cream cheese and stir it constantly unit mixture boils and thickens.

  • ·       Toss with sauce. Drain pasta. Now add remaining Parmesan cheese & the parsley.
