My candy corn chocolate recipe cookie is very soft & chewy &
full of candy corn, making it one of the best Halloween cookie
recipes. It is always surprising to see too many candy corn in
stores suddenly.
I didn’t like the candy corn recipes when I was young but when
I tasted candy corn recipe for the first time I really liked it and
from then I am making different candy corn recipes to test
which tastes better. Candy corn peanuts are like a mixture of
sweet and salt taste and it is very delicious with chocolate
flavor.
This Candy corn chocolate recipe cookie is a rich dark
chocolate cookie that is soft & at the same time chewy and
they are filled with candy corn, chocolate chips, and peanuts.

ingredients & steps to make this Candy corn chocolate
recipe cookie quickly.
Ingredients:
- · Special
dark unsweetened cocoa powder (1/3 cup)
- · Baking
soda (1 tsp)
- · Salt
(1/4 tsp)
- · All-purpose
flour (1 ¼ cup)
- · Unsalted
butter softened (1/2 cup)
- · Granulated
sugar (1/4 cup)
- · Vanilla
(1 tsp)
- · Egg (1
large)
- · Chocolate
chips (3/4 cup)
- · Honey
roasted peanuts (3/4)
- · Candy
corn (3/4 cup)
To the
point instructions:
- Take cookie sheets and line them with silicone baking mats and also preheat oven to 350 degree.
- Take cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, & flour in a medium bowl and set them aside.
- Take an electric mixer which has a paddle attachment. Take cream butter, sugar, egg & vanilla & mix until smooth. Also add dry ingredients & mix them too.
- Takeout 2 tsp sized balls of dough into the cookie sheets, 3 inches apart. If candy corn is showing where they hit the cookie the will melt out. If the dough is too wet then first chill it for 30 minutes and also add candy corn to show what’s inside. Note that you should do this before baking.
- Bake them until they lose glossy sheen for about 9-12 minutes. After that cool them for about 5 minutes before removing.
- Store in an airtight jar or container for 3 days before removing. You can also freeze them up to one month.
