Candy corn chocolate cookie

Ingredients:

  • ·       Special dark unsweetened cocoa powder (1/3 cup)

  • ·       Baking soda (1 tsp)

  • ·       Salt (1/4 tsp)

  • ·       All-purpose flour (1 ¼ cup)

  • ·       Unsalted butter softened (1/2 cup)

  • ·       Granulated sugar (1/4 cup)

  • ·       Vanilla (1 tsp)

  • ·       Egg (1 large)

  • ·       Chocolate chips (3/4 cup)

  • ·       Honey roasted peanuts (3/4)

  • ·       Candy corn (3/4 cup)

To the point instructions:

  • Take cookie sheets and line them with silicone baking mats and also preheat oven to 350 degree.

  • Take cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, & flour in a medium bowl and set them aside.

  • Take an electric mixer which has a paddle attachment. Take cream butter, sugar, egg & vanilla & mix until smooth. Also add dry ingredients & mix them too.

  • Takeout 2 tsp sized balls of dough into the cookie sheets, 3 inches apart. If candy corn is showing where they hit the cookie the will melt out. If the dough is too wet then first chill it for 30 minutes and also add candy corn to show what’s inside. Note that you should do this before baking.

  • Bake them until they lose glossy sheen for about 9-12 minutes. After that cool them for about 5 minutes before removing.

  • Store in an airtight jar or container for 3 days before removing. You can also freeze them up to one month.
