Wondering to serve with pasta noodles then it is wise to start

cooking them first so that it’s drained, hot & prepared to serve

as soon as sauce begins to thicken up.

Classic Alfredo sauce

Serving with Zucchini Noodles or Zoodles:

  • Take zucchini of about 7-8 inches size. It would take about 4 cups, and spiralize it.

  • Now turn the zucchini noodles into appropriate lengths for eating.

  • Put zoodles in microwave oven and cook them for about 2 minutes. Or you can cook them for 30 sec bursts to avoid over cooking as you want them just cooked not soggy.

  • Extract any water and put them on kitchen paper to dry & absorb more water. It is a very important step so don’t forget it because if you fail to remove excess water then that water will dilute your Alfredo sauce, so don’t skip this step.

That’s the end of the recipe, I hope you like it and make sure

to share this recipe with your friends and family. Thanks!
