Serving
Due garden Alfredo sauce:
Serving
with Pasta noodles:
Wondering to serve with pasta noodles then it is wise to start
cooking them first so that it’s drained, hot & prepared to serve
as soon as
sauce begins to thicken up.
Serving
with Zucchini Noodles or Zoodles:
- Take zucchini of about 7-8 inches size. It would take about 4 cups, and spiralize it.
- Now turn the zucchini noodles into appropriate lengths for eating.
- Put zoodles in microwave oven and cook them for about 2 minutes. Or you can cook them for 30 sec bursts to avoid over cooking as you want them just cooked not soggy.
- Extract any water and put them on kitchen paper to dry & absorb more water. It is a very important step so don’t forget it because if you fail to remove excess water then that water will dilute your Alfredo sauce, so don’t skip this step.
