 like construction workers or any other heavy work than you



can eat more than 3 eggs but that’s an exemption. Not all



 people work as construction workers so for normal people 3



 eggs per day is very good and it will cause no harm to your

 they like desserts. Well I don’t think it is a good practice to eat



 desserts everyday as long as human health is concern



 because eating desserts everyday will cause sudden rise in



 sugar levels in your blood and body which in turn results in



 many other disease including the most dangerous disease



 related to your heart. So it’s wise to eat just 3 eggs rather than
