sweeter flavor in your ice cream and it will not destroy the

How do you keep caramel from hardening?
Well you avoid or prevent melted caramel from hardening by
simply adding natural acids. I prefer to use some lemon juice.
So before heating the sugar to prepare caramel add a little
lemon juice about 1 tablespoon and mix it well in sugar. Try to
use hands so that lemon juice is mixed properly with sugar
and then start the heating process until the sugar melts and

thick caramel instead it will increase the temperature and will
